A big part of our local community - Our Veterinary Practice has been an integral part of our local community since February 2010. In that time, we’ve helped thousands of our clients cats & dogs, rabbits, rats and even a few birds.
Emma, a devoted Vet Nurse, embarked on her journey in the veterinary field in Dunedin, absorbing both knowledge and experience before relocating back to her roots in Timaru. Now a pivotal part of Timaru's Family Vet, her career path evolved gracefully from a training student to securing a full-time vet nurse position, intertwining her passion and profession seamlessly. Emma has developed a particular interest in laser therapy, dedicating herself to alleviating arthritic pain in pets, ensuring their golden years are comfortable and joyful. Away from the clinic, her home is shared with two rescue cats, where love and care know no bounds.
